mission Tuesday,August 09,2005 Posted: 18:41 BJT(41 GMT)  　 As part of the Chinese Embassy to Pakistan, the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office, with a priority goal of promoting sustainable development of Pak-China trade and economic cooperation, exercises its duties and functions, which include but not limited to the following: 1. To provide direction and guidance for forging closer ties between business communities of the two countries; 2. To provide available information and consultant services relating to trade, direct investment and project contracting, etc.; 3. To provide pro and active facilitation to cementing partners in prosperity; 4. To review and coordinate bilateral development programmes and monitor the implementation thereof.
