China expresses confidence in domestic, international policies of Pakistani leaders

ISLAMABAD, May 18 (APP): China on Monday expressed confidence in the domestic and international policies being pursued by the Pakistani leadership.
The assurance came in a meeting of Liu Hongcai, Vice Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China with Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir.

The foreign secretary is in Beijing for the third round of Pakistan‑China Strategic Dialogue at the Headquarters of the Communist Party.

The Vice Minister noted that China is a firm and reliable friend of Pakistan. He also expressed confidence of the government of China in the domestic and international policies Pakistani leadership.

The Foreign Secretary briefed the Vice Minister on bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest.
